Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promote weekly club events and special events
  • Bring new guests and groups into the venue
  • Promote events through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social platforms
  • Share flyers, videos, event links, and promotional content
  • Reach out to birthday groups, organizations, influencers, models, and local professionals
  • Help generate RSVPs and guest-list signups
  • Promote VIP sections and birthday packages
  • Network throughout Hampton Roads and build relationships with potential guests
  • Represent The Ultra Lounge professionally online and in person
  • Help create an energetic atmosphere during events

Requirements

  • Must be 21+
  • Reliable transportation
  • Smartphone and active social media presence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable networking and promoting events
  • Available for select nights and weekends
