Job Summary

Own the promotions and events lifecycle for in-store traffic with tight cross-functional collaboration and real-time performance tracking.

  • Promotions & Events: Own end-to-end concept through execution to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Partnerships & Collaboration: Align internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful campaigns and traffic-driving experiences.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain ad and signage accuracy and drive timely weekly updates and performance follow-ups.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor: Research marketing activity, including circular shops, online metrics, and item performance statistics
  • Manage: Coordinate end-to-end execution of promotions and events from concept through implementation
  • Maintain: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of ads and weekly in-store signage updates
  • Assist: Support development of promotions, including follow-up and performance tracking
  • Collaborate: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to create impactful, traffic-driving events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of sales, marketing, advertising or public relations experience in a retail environment
  • Experience with the relevant market including knowledge of competitors, local events, charities, etc. preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ongoing acceptable driving record
  • Data entry skills per department established requirements
  • Microsoft Office desktop applications
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
