Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of ~10+ national and regional trade shows annually (e.g., Expo West, Fancy Foods, key vertical events)
  • Coordinate booth strategy, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution to ensure a best-in-class brand presence
  • Partner with Sales to align pre-show outreach, meeting scheduling, and post-show follow-up workflows
  • Manage vendors, booth assets, shipping, and timelines across all events
  • Track and report on trade show ROI, including leads generated, pipeline contribution, and cost efficiency
  • Plan and execute a variety of events, including customer events, webinars, internal meetings, sales kickoffs, and executive events
  • Develop event strategies aligned to marketing and sales priorities (lead generation, customer engagement, brand building)
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Leadership)
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and experience across all events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in events, PR, or integrated marketing roles (B2B or CPG experience preferred)
  • Proven track record managing trade shows and large-scale events
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills (press releases, award submissions, media pitches)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing leadership teams
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 20–30%)

Nice To Have

  • Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
