Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with our growth marketing resources to manage event registrations and attendance, coordinating with the event planners to ensure marketing efforts align with the wider events strategy and timelines.
  • Logistics & Planning: Spearhead site selection, coordinate room layouts, arrange audio-visual (AV) setups, and manage catering and transportation.
  • On-Site Execution: Act as a point of contact during the event to troubleshoot issues, guide staff, and ensure a welcoming guest experience
  • Post-Event Analytics: Collect attendee feedback, analyze event metrics (e.g., lead generation, cost-per-participant), and draft performance reports.
  • Manage event-specific websites or landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for conversions.

Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, public relations, business, or marketing.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in event planning, project management, or corporate marketing.
  • Familiarity with event management platforms like Cvent, or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to track campaign metrics, analyze data, and use the results to inform marketing event strategies
  • Robust time management and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of budget management and ability to allocate resources effectively
  • Ability to travel 35-50% of the time to events
