You will own frontline engagement with homeowners to generate qualified leads and set appointments for Unique Home Solutions, driving conversations from booth presence to follow-up and representing the brand professionally across events.

Proactively engage homeowners to identify home improvement needs
Explain products and offers to generate interest
Schedule and hand off qualified appointments to the sales team

Start conversations and identify home improvement needs
Explain our products and current offers
Generate qualified leads and appointments
Represent Unique Home Solutions professionally
Keep the booth active, inviting, and organized
Assist with occasional setup and breakdown

Requirements

Are outgoing, confident, and assertive
Aren't afraid to approach strangers
Can hear “no” and immediately move on to the next person
Have strong communication and people skills
Bring energy without needing someone to constantly motivate you
Are competitive and motivated by goals and bonuses
Are dependable and show up when scheduled
Are available for weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends
No home improvement experience is required. We'll train you—we can't train personality, energy, or effort.
