- Schedule and hand off qualified appointments to the sales team

- Explain our products and current offers
- Generate qualified leads and appointments
- Represent Unique Home Solutions professionally
- Keep the booth active, inviting, and organized
- Assist with occasional setup and breakdown
Requirements
- Are outgoing, confident, and assertive
- Aren't afraid to approach strangers
- Can hear “no” and immediately move on to the next person
- Have strong communication and people skills
- Bring energy without needing someone to constantly motivate you
- Are competitive and motivated by goals and bonuses
- Are dependable and show up when scheduled
- Are available for weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends
- No home improvement experience is required. We'll train you—we can't train personality, energy, or effort.
