Event Marketing Promoter

Responsibilities

• Actively promote products and brand initiatives at events, retail stores, and promotional campaigns to attract customer interest.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to encourage customer understanding and interest.
• Collect valuable data from customer interactions to support marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts
• Build rapport with customers through friendly in-person service, addressing questions, handling objections, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Represent the brand professionally by maintaining a polished appearance and delivering consistent messaging aligned with branding guidelines.
• Facilitate in-person customer engagement activities such as giveaways, or contests to boost product awareness and sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly preferred, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
• Experience in event marketing or promotional roles that involve product demos or public speaking is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are desirable to connect with a broader range of customers effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sales objections confidently while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with data collection tools and techniques for tracking customer interactions and campaign results.
• Technical proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, or other devices for data entry
