Own the end-to-end events strategy and execution for Reddit’s experiential and industry programs, balancing executive partnership, cross-functional collaboration, and authentic storytelling to drive business outcomes.

Lead planning, production, vendor management, and post-event reporting for Reddit-owned events and key industry moments.
Coordinate budgets, timelines, and cross-functional communications while traveling for site visits and onsite management.
Stay aligned with Reddit’s priorities and values by maintaining senior stakeholder relationships and clear, proactive communications.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Reddit-owned and industry events, including strategy development, project management, production oversight, agency management, communications, onsite execution, and post-event reporting
Support major tentpole events and key industry moments, including initiatives such as Cannes Lions and Shoptalk
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Communications, Product, Finance, and Accounting. Exude confidence and clarity while communicating directly with these stakeholders.
Stay current on Reddit narratives and industry landscape to ensure all event experiences authentically reflect Reddit’s business priorities, messaging, and company values
Manage event budgets, forecasting, vendor negotiations, and contract execution in partnership with Finance and Accounting teams
Oversee timelines, workflows, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent projects
Travel as needed for site visits, onsite event management, and team collaboration

4+ years of experience in Event Marketing, Experiential Marketing, and/or Industry Marketing. Experiential agency experience is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with exceptional organization, reliability, and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to bring clarity to ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management
Experience contributing to creative development and providing thoughtful, actionable feedback to internal teams, agencies and partners
Expertise in event operations and marketing tools, including project management platforms, RSVP systems, and meeting management technology. Experience with Jiffle and Splash is a plus.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong cross-functional alignment
Passion for Reddit’s mission to empower communities and make their knowledge accessible to everyone.
