Job Summary

Own hands-on event support across planning, execution, and post-event follow-through, coordinating cross-function teams and vendors to deliver conferences, tradeshows, and customer-facing experiences.

  • Event Planning & Logistics: align timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, travel, and on-site execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with marketing, sales, and stakeholders to define goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Post-Event & Learnings: capture attendee data, surveys, and recap learnings to improve future events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting bringing events to life—coordinating planning, execution, and post-event follow-up across a variety of event types.
  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, tradeshows, customer-facing events, and internal sales meetings
  • Assist with logistics including timelines, vendor coordination, signage, promotional items, travel coordination, and on-site execution
  • Help manage event communications including campaign plan, creative assets and attendee coordination
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and internal stakeholders to align on event goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Serve as on-site support at events, helping manage setup, execution, troubleshooting, and breakdown
  • Track event details, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure organization and accountability
  • Support the creation and organization of event materials including presentations, signage, and branded assets
  • Assist with post-event reporting including attendee lists, survey results, recap and learnings
  • Proactively identify gaps, solve problems, and jump in where needed—this is a highly collaborative, hands-on, team player role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, marketing, project management or related roles (corporate, agency, nonprofit, campus, athletics or other relevant environments).
  • Experience supporting corporate events, tradeshows, activations, or large-scale meetings.
  • Proactive and eager to take ownership of work
  • Take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects and moving pieces at once
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, and can work effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Highly collaborative, enjoy working cross-functionally, and value clear, consistent communication
  • Enjoy being part of a team, supporting others, and accomplishing shared goals together
  • Bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
