Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent client brands at retail promotions and local marketing events
Engage with customers and introduce current offers and promotions
Provide basic information about products and services
Answer customer questions and help create a positive brand experience
Assist interested customers with the next steps in the process
Support event setup and maintain a professional presentation
Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals

Requirements

Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation to local event and retail locations
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
