Responsibilities

• Help prepare event displays, promotional materials, and product information before each campaign begins.
• Welcome attendees and create an engaging environment that encourages people to explore featured wireless products.
• Introduce current products, services, and promotions through approachable sales conversations.
• Collaborate with other Event Marketing Assistant team members to support event execution and daily sales goals.
• Demonstrate wireless features and help turn event interest into meaningful sales opportunities.
• Keep event materials organized and displays professional as campaigns move between community locations.
• Observe customer reactions and share feedback that can help improve future marketing and sales strategies.
• Help interested customers explore their options and move confidently through the sales and enrollment process.
• Continue developing as an Event Marketing Assistant through coaching in event marketing, communication, and professional sales techniques.

Requirements

• Interested in marketing, events, communications, promotions, or sales.
• Comfortable interacting with new people and contributing to an energetic event atmosphere.
• Customer service, hospitality, restaurants, events, marketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable adapting to different event locations.
• Strong communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Enjoys active workdays and learning through hands-on experience.
• Motivated to grow professionally as an Event Marketing Assistant while gaining practical event and customer engagement experience.
