Responsibilities

• Representing our charity clients through professional face-to-face marketing and community outreach campaigns
• Engaging with members of the public and creating positive customer experiences
• Supporting community outreach and fundraising teams in achieving daily and weekly goals
• Assisting with fundraising campaigns and working toward agreed donation targets
• Communicating professionally with customers, team members, and clients
• Acting as an internal liaison between customers, team members, and charity clients
• Responding to customer questions, requests, and feedback efficiently and professionally
• Attending team meetings, training sessions, workshops, and development programs
• Maintaining accurate records and producing detailed reports of donations and campaign activity
• Providing regular progress updates to the Operations Director
