Own the end-to-end execution of live marketing events and promotional campaigns, delivering on-site experiences, audience engagement, and post-event reporting while collaborating with the marketing team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of live marketing events, promotional campaigns, trade shows, conferences, and community outreach initiatives
  • Assist with event preparation, on-site activities, and promotional efforts to help deliver successful campaigns
  • Work with the marketing team to implement brand strategies, promotional concepts, and audience engagement initiatives
  • Interact with event attendees, customers, and community members in a professional and approachable manner
  • Provide information about products, services, and campaigns while creating positive customer experiences
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, signage, invitations, and promotional content
  • Maintain accurate records of event participation, customer interactions, and campaign activities
  • Conduct basic market research to identify audience trends, promotional opportunities, and engagement strategies
  • Monitor campaign results and assist with reporting on attendance, customer feedback, and marketing performance
  • Stay informed on industry trends, promotional strategies, and best practices in event marketing and brand engagement

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in marketing, promotions, retail, hospitality, customer service, or community engagement is a plus
