Job Summary

Own on-site event lead generation for Leaf Home through trade shows and community events, delivering qualified leads and product demos to fuel the sales pipeline.

Event Execution: Attend events, demo products with high energy, and capture qualified leads for the sales team.
Lead Generation & Targets: Manage show leads data capture, exceed issued targets, and report progress to the Event Marketing Manager.
Execution & Logistics: Set up and tear down booths, and coordinate with teams while staying informed.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers.
Assigned to work trade shows/events/fairs/festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for our talented sales team.
Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager.
Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
Generate and Data Capture show leads for our award-winning products
Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds)

Requirements

Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
Attention to detail and punctual
Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line
High level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods of time at events
Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company
Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.
