Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit organizations, community partners, and marketing campaigns in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Interact directly with community members, customers, donors, and supporters to share campaign information.
  • Communicate key messages about charitable programs, fundraising initiatives, and community-focused campaigns.
  • Support live marketing events, promotional campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and outreach efforts.
  • Engage with attendees and create positive experiences that strengthen community relationships.
  • Provide information and answer questions about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Assist with attendee engagement, promotional materials, and campaign support activities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, donors, volunteers, and community members.
  • Collect feedback and share insights to help improve marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic presence while representing our clients and partners.

Requirements

  • An interest in marketing, communications, fundraising, public relations, sales, customer service, or nonprofit organizations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, confident, and professional personality.
  • The ability to connect with different types of people.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a desire for professional growth.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
  • A high school diploma or GED required; college experience is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and special events.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, promotions, communications, or community outreach is helpful but not required.
