Job Summary

Own campus outreach for a brand ambassador role focused on securing introductions, gifts, and follow-ups with universities in Metro-Atlanta; you will map multi-campus itineraries, articulate OK's value, and log interactions.

  • Campus Partnerships: On-site conversations with gatekeepers to promote OK and capture leads.
  • Field Ops & Documentation: Log gifts, capture contact details, and schedule follow-ups in the CRM.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Primary: To physically get on college campuses, have conversations with gatekeepers or stakeholders to promote OK, leave gifts, capture contact information, and schedule follow-up meetings with leads and Principal Planner.
  • To introduce yourself and help lay the groundwork for (OK) to build partnerships with surrounding universities in the Metro-Atlanta area.

Requirements

  • Logistics & Route Planning: The ability to map out a multi-campus itinerary efficiently, accounting for parking, walking distances between buildings, and office hours
  • Data Entry & CRM Hygiene: Proficiency in capturing contact details accurately and logging field notes (e.g., The Director mentioned they have a massive gala in October) into a spreadsheet or CRM
  • Reporting & Documentation: The ability to provide a daily or weekly End of Day report summarizing leads, gifts delivered, and meetings booked
  • Professional Communication & Etiquette: Must be able to articulate OK's value proposition clearly and adapt your approach to a university's academic/administrative environment
  • Reliable Transportation: Since the role involves campus-to-campus travel, a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle are essential
  • Professional Poise & Presence: The ability to walk into a high-level university office and command respect immediately. The OK Brand Ambassador must look and act like a corporate event professional
  • Active Listening & Needs Discovery: Rather than just pitching, the OK Brand Ambassador must ask the right questions to identify the university's current gaps
  • Resilience & Persistence: Campus outreach involves a lot of not in right now or we aren't looking. Remains upbeat for the next stop
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Since the OK Brand Ambassador will likely be working independently on various campuses, they need the discipline to hit their daily visit targets without a manager over their shoulder
  • Availability Monday-Friday between 10 AM-4PM
