Job Summary

Own the in-person sales and product education at retail events, guiding customers from welcome to close and turning conversations into activations and upgrades.

  • Responsibilities: Represent AT&T at events and promotions, greet customers, and explain current wireless products and offers.
  • Customer conversations: Help buyers pick the right devices, plans, and services through consultative chats.
  • Showcase and document: Set up displays, capture customer details, and collaborate with teammates to hit daily targets.

Job Description

Own and execute face-to-face wireless sales at AT&T events and retail partner locations, guiding customers from greet to close with product knowledge and promotions.

  • Responsibilities: Represent AT&T professionally at retail events, in-store activations, and promotional campaigns hosted at partner retail locations
  • Welcome customers, answer questions, and introduce current wireless products, devices, plans, and promotions
  • Help customers determine which products or services best fit their needs through one-on-one conversations
  • Assist with new wireless activations, account upgrades, and eligible service changes
  • Set up, maintain, and organize event displays to ensure a professional customer experience
  • Build positive relationships with customers through friendly, knowledgeable, and consultative interactions
  • Accurately complete customer information and required sales documentation
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily event and sales goals
  • Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings through ongoing training
  • Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • A willingness to learn sales, customer service, and event marketing techniques
  • Preferred: Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or sales is helpful but not required
