We are seeking a motivated and energetic Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of engaging events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, working with people, and being part of dynamic live experiences.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly from setup to breakdown, while delivering excellent support to staff, vendors, and attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of events
• Provide on-site support during events (guest assistance, directions, troubleshooting)
• Help coordinate vendors, staff, and event logistics
• Maintain organization of event materials and supplies
• Support registration/check-in and attendee flow
• Ensure event spaces are clean, safe, and well-organized
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors during events
• Handle last-minute tasks and problem-solving as needed
