Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events, trade shows, expos, and community marketing events.
• Support the event marketing team in developing event concepts, promotional strategies, and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, breakdown, vendor coordination, and on-site event support.
• Welcome and engage with event attendees while providing exceptional customer service.
• Respond to attendee questions and provide accurate information about products, services, and event activities.
• Help create and distribute promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, signage, and digital marketing assets.
• Manage event registration, attendee check-in, and maintain accurate participant records.
• Conduct market research to identify new event opportunities, target audiences, and industry trends.
• Assist in tracking event performance by preparing reports on attendance, customer engagement, and campaign results.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure successful event execution and brand consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience, internships, volunteer work, or coursework in event marketing, promotions, customer service, or event planning is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
