Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of marketing and promotional events
• Support event managers in planning logistics and preparing event materials
• Represent client brands professionally during events and promotions
• Engage with customers and provide information about products or services
• Help track event performance and gather feedback
• Coordinate with team members to ensure events run smoothly and on schedule
• Maintain event equipment, displays, and promotional materials

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift and transport event materials when needed
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends

Preferred

• College coursework in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus
• Previous experience in events, customer service, retail, or promotions is a plus but not required
