Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and community outreach programs.
  • Welcome attendees and provide exceptional customer service throughout each event.
  • Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Answer questions and educate attendees about products, services, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support event logistics, promotional displays, signage, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
  • Monitor event activities and provide feedback to improve future campaigns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment.

Requirements

  • Must be available for full-time work and occasional weekend events.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or promotions is a plus but not required.
