As an Event Assistant, you'll work directly with customers, answer questions, share information about AT&T wireless products and promotions, and help create a positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity for an Event Assistant interested in customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or events.

Event Assistant Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T as an Event Assistant at retail events, in-store promotions, and customer activations
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Answer questions about wireless products, devices, plans, and promotions
• Help customers find products and services that fit their needs
• Assist with new wireless activations, upgrades, and eligible account changes
• Set up and maintain event displays and promotional materials
• Build positive relationships with customers through one-on-one conversations
• Complete customer information and sales documentation accurately
• Work with your team to meet daily event and sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training on products, services, and promotions

What We're Looking For in an Event Assistant

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfort speaking with customers in person
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Willingness to learn sales, retail, and customer engagement
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, events, promotions, or marketing is a plus, but not required
