Event Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating event schedules, materials, and preparation tasks.
• Help arrange event spaces, promotional displays, signage, and supplies.
• Support event activities and provide information to attendees.
• Assist with distributing promotional materials and explaining featured offerings.
• Communicate with team members to ensure event tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor supplies and help keep event areas organized and presentable.
• Assist with event setup, on-site support, and breakdown.
• Gather attendee feedback and share relevant observations with the team.
