Responsibilities

• Represent clients and brands professionally at promotional events and marketing campaigns
• Engage with customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Create positive and memorable customer experiences
• Assist with setting up and executing promotional events
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns from planning through execution
• Communicate customer feedback and campaign results to the team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, professional, and organized
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required
