Job Description

Responsibilities

Learn our sales and campaign operations from the ground up
Support the coordination of daily event and retail campaign logistics
Assist in training and mentoring new team members as you advance
Work directly with leadership to develop project management, communication, and organizational skills
Take on increasing ownership of campaign execution as you progress

Requirements

Strong work ethic, leadership potential, and a positive attitude
Comfortable engaging with people in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Coachable, organized, and eager to grow into a management role
No prior project management experience necessary — we train from the ground up

Benefits

Weekly pay: $800–$1,400 (performance-based)
Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
