Job Summary

Own the full outreach cycle in assigned neighborhoods, guiding homeowners from initial face‑to‑face conversations through scheduling in-home estimates for our free roof inspection service.

Explain the inspection service and schedule appointments
Engage outdoors with homeowners and maintain a positive professional presence
Maintain strong communication and drive lead conversion

Job Description

Responsibilities

Work in assigned neighborhoods
Speak face-to-face with homeowners
Explain our free roof inspection service
Schedule appointments for in-home estimates
Work outdoors and on your feet

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (to get to and from the office)
Ability to work 40 hrs between 9am - 7pm, Mon -Sat
Comfortable talking to people face-to-face
A positive attitude
A strong desire to succeed
A professional appearance
Great communications skills
