Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through professional, face-to-face customer engagement
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in retail environments
• Create positive customer experiences while communicating product and service information

• Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and coachable attitude
• Reliable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Interest in developing a career in marketing, sales, or business
• College coursework or a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is a plus

Preferred

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required
