Own outbound prospecting and data capture in a fast growing call center, ensuring accurate CRM records while driving high volume appointment scheduling.
- Outbound Prospecting: Gather essential information from new leads through frequent calls.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate client records in CRM and platforms.
- Appointment Execution: Schedule a high volume of qualified appointments with base pay plus bonus.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Make a lot of outbound calls and speak with new prospective customers to gather necessary information
- Record new client data into appropriate platforms and CRM
- Ensure accuracy of data
- Heavy phone use in brand new, rapidly growing Call Center
- This is a production-based role and will require you to schedule appointments at a high volume. There is a base pay and a bonus for every new appointment you schedule.
Requirements
