Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands through professional, face-to-face customer interactions
- Support marketing campaigns and brand promotion initiatives within retail locations
- Build brand awareness while educating customers on products, services, and current promotions
- Identify customer needs and deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist with customer acquisition efforts and business development initiatives
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, sales, leadership, and professional development
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply (0–3 years of experience)
- Full-time availability required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow professionally
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
