Responsibilities

• Provide monthly Social Media Management of Facebook and Instagram
• Provide monthly newsletter creation and management
• Maintain chalkboard and member info boards with new content weekly/monthly
• Sending E-mail blasts
• Maintain changes and updates to website pages with Wix
• Collaborate with event coordinators for holiday and promotional events

Requirements

• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and Outlook
• Proficient on all major social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Adobe products including Illustrator
• Experience with Canva for Graphic Design
• Knowledge of creating ads for Google
• Ability to create scripts for Radio/TV campaigns
• Ability to edit and upload videos in YouTube Suite
• Excellent phone and email etiquette, and able to relay pertinent information
• Be able to communicate with both supervisors and other staff. Open to feedback. Must be extremely organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Must be able to manage your time accurately and effectively
• Must have High School Diploma, or GED
• Other marketing skills and experience a plus!
