Drive client-facing support and retention while enabling lead generation and sales-data management.

• Be the professional face of our client
• Sales administration process including tracking and recording sales data
• Speaking with new and existing customers face-to-face to increase customer retention and generate business leads for our client
• Follow up with customers to increase retention
• Provide an outstanding level of customer support on behalf of our client and company
• Advise all customers with their needs and inquiries, ensuring their questions are answered appropriately

Preferred

• Previous marketing/customer service experience is preferred but not necessary
• Some experience in a customer/client facing role is advantageous
• Prior success working in teams
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fast learner capable of retaining client and product information
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent professionalism at all times
