Responsibilities

• Engage with customers inside retail locations to introduce renewable energy programs and services
• Educate customers on available energy-saving options and program benefits
• Build positive relationships through professional and engaging customer interactions
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment process
• Support sales growth through product knowledge, customer education, and relationship-building
• Maintain a strong understanding of current promotions and campaign updates
• Help set up and maintain promotional displays and marketing materials
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and leadership development workshops
• Track daily activity and performance metrics

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred

• Previous customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
