Drive in-person sales and campaign engagement for live activations and direct customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in person during live marketing campaigns and pop-up activations
Present product/service offerings clearly and confidently
Work toward daily performance goals (leads, sign-ups, conversions, sales targets)
Learn our proven sales scripts, customer engagement systems, and campaign tools
Build skills in closing, objection handling, communication, and time management
Develop leadership and public speaking through coaching sessions and team workshops
Work directly with experienced leaders and learn how campaigns are managed
Gain exposure to operations such as scheduling, HR support, client reporting, and logistics

Requirements

Able to reliably commute to Coral Gables every morning
Comfortable working in-person, speaking to new people daily, and being on your feet
