Ignite 305 is hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to support the growth of its environmental campaign division in Miami.

This is a full-time position designed for individuals who want to develop into leadership roles within sales and campaign management. You will begin by learning the sales and outreach process firsthand, then progress into responsibilities involving team oversight, performance management, and strategic coordination.

The campaign represents a nationally established environmental conservation organization dedicated to protecting natural habitats, preserving oceans and wildlife, restoring ecosystems, and advancing climate resilience initiatives across the U.S. and globally.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on position where you will actively contribute to sales results while building the skills required to oversee and develop a team.

Progression is based on performance, consistency, and leadership capability.

Daily Responsibilities

Sales & Campaign Execution

• Engage face-to-face with members of the public in retail and community settings

• Present environmental initiatives clearly and professionally

• Secure new supporter registrations and meet individual sales targets

• Maintain accurate reporting of daily outreach activity

Team Support & Development

• Assist with onboarding and coaching new team members

• Support daily briefings and performance check-ins

• Provide feedback to improve communication and closing techniques

• Lead by example through personal sales performance

Leadership & Operational Support

• Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement

• Support scheduling and campaign coordination

• Contribute to strategy discussions with senior leadership

• Help maintain performance standards and compliance
