Responsibilities

• Assist with live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
• Represent client brands and engage directly with customers and event attendees
• Help with event displays, promotional materials, signage, and marketing supplies
• Answer customer questions and provide information about products and promotions
• Create positive customer experiences that build brand awareness and engagement
• Support community outreach, presentations, and promotional marketing activities
• Provide excellent customer service in event and retail environments
• Assist with basic scheduling, data entry, reporting, and marketing documentation
• Participate in paid training, team meetings, and professional development

Preferred

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or marketing is helpful but not required.
