Responsibilities

• Represent brands and services at promotional events and pop-up campaigns
• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Deliver product information and demonstrations to customers
• Support team goals related to customer engagement and campaign performance
• Help create positive and memorable customer experiences

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in customer-facing environments
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL
• Previous experience in events, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
