Job Summary

Drive live brand representation and customer engagement at in-person events, shaping positive interactions while hitting daily sales goals through collaborative activation work.

  • Represent partner brands at Bakersfield events and activate live promotions.
  • Engage customers, answer questions, and share product insights and exclusive offers.
  • Collaborate with the event lead to ensure smooth activations and ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Represent partner brands at in-person promotional events across Bakersfield
  • Start conversations with customers, answer questions, and share product insights and exclusive offers
  • Create positive, memorable customer interactions through clear and friendly communication
  • Contribute to daily sales goals and work closely with your event lead to ensure smooth activations
  • Participate in continuous coaching designed to build your sales & event execution skills
