Entry Level Communications Associate

Position Overview

MAD Events is seeking an Entry Level Communications Associate to support customer communication efforts during live promotional events throughout the Hollywood area.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate service information and promotional details to customers
• Assist customers with questions and provide a positive experience
• Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and event activities
• Work with team members to ensure smooth daily event operations
• Represent MAD Events professionally at all assigned locations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation within the Hollywood area
• Full-time availability, including some weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States
