Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of live promotional events and brand activations.
• Represent client brands professionally at community events, retail promotions, and public outreach campaigns.
• Communicate directly with event attendees to provide information about products, services, and promotional initiatives.
• Support event logistics, setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination to ensure successful event execution.
• Collaborate with the communications and events team to implement client campaigns and increase brand awareness.
• Help gather customer feedback and event insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and customer-focused presence at all events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in event marketing, live promotions, public relations, or brand communications.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work scheduled events, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
