Job Summary
Drive direct consumer interactions to educate on promotions, convert prospects, and own the customer relationship for Skyline Marketing Agency, while managing inquiries and representing the brand in on-site campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions
- Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
- Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
- Interact with consumers and provide quality customer service.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and sales interactions
- Acquiring new customers
- Act as the main point of contact for customer relations
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred
- Goal-oriented with a student mentality
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
- Availability to work flexible shifts
