Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Operates as a full-stack, customer-obsessed entrepreneur in residence working alongside the founders and touching everything the customer touches, from retention emails and SMS campaigns to influencer marketing to inbound CS tickets, with the autonomy to identify what's broken or underperforming and go fix it
  • Builds actual working systems, not strategy decks — whether that's an automated influencer outreach pipeline, a new email retention flow, or a tool built in Cursor to solve an operational bottleneck
  • This is a nimble, high-autonomy role inside a profitable, technology-first DTC brand — ideal for someone who wants to learn how a real business operates end-to-end before going off to start their own, or who wants to grow into a key executive at a company that moves fast and builds with AI
  • Post-purchase customer experience — helping to tune, train, and improve our AI CS agents to deliver excellent service at scale
  • Online brand reputation and management — monitoring and responding across third-party platforms and review sites
  • Retention and lifecycle marketing — owning campaigns and helping to build and improve internal agentic systems that drive repeat purchase and LTV
  • Operational problem-solving — tracking down and resolving supplier, shipping, and 3PL issues as they surface
