Job Summary
Own and deepen strategic, multi-stakeholder relationships with enterprise clients, translating reputation objectives into executable roadmaps that deliver measurable value, renewals, and controlled expansion during crises or reputational events.
- Executive Relationships: Build and maintain executive-level trust across marketing, communications, legal, and leadership to drive renewal decisions and strategic alignment.
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate Strategy, Content, SEO, Operations, and Crisis Response to execute programs with measurable outcomes and timely client communications.
- Expansion & Risk Management: Surface growth opportunities while proactively managing risk to sustain high retention and strong NPS through trusted guidance.
