Job Summary

Drive end-to-end email marketing and creative ops using Klaviyo, Figma, and AI tools to deliver rapid campaigns, QA, and client-ready changes across campaigns, flows, and visuals.

Own Klaviyo campaign and flow execution, with on-the-fly copy, asset updates, and send-time tweaks to ensure error-free sends.
Coordinate real-time design edits in Figma and AI-generated variations to keep visuals aligned with brand and rapid iteration.
Leverage Claude and Manus to automate copy QA, briefs, and asset production, reducing cycle times while maintaining quality.

Job Description

Klaviyo Execution & Scheduling: Build, update, and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
Klaviyo Execution & Scheduling: Make last-minute changes to copy, images, buttons, links, and send times
Klaviyo Execution & Scheduling: Handle flow updates, pauses, and quick fixes as needed
Klaviyo Execution & Scheduling: Ensure all campaigns are correctly configured, tracked, and scheduled
Klaviyo Execution & Scheduling: Use Claude to draft, refine, and stress-test copy variations on demand
Figma Design Updates: Jump into Figma to make real-time edits including: Copy changes
Figma Design Updates: Image swaps
Figma Design Updates: Spacing and layout adjustments
Figma Design Updates: Mobile responsiveness fixes
Figma Design Updates: Use Manus to generate creative variations, asset mockups, and design references on the fly

Strong hands-on Klaviyo experience with campaigns, flows, scheduling, and QA
Comfortable operating independently inside Figma
Active daily use of AI tools, specifically Claude and Manus
Proven ability to implement fast changes without errors
Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
Reliable availability from 12 PM to 5 PM EST
Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment is a plus

Experience building custom AI workflows, prompt libraries, or automation systems
Understanding of ecommerce retention email best practices
Familiarity with basic analytics and campaign performance signals
