Job Description

Responsibilities

Deploy, maintain, and optimize email marketing automations in SFMC. Drive standardization of platform configuration, journey audience criteria, naming conventions, and asset organization across the portfolio.
Troubleshoot journeys and automations, escalating issues as needed to the Salesforce Teams. Architect new automation solutions that drive efficiency, and build and test new email automation prototypes. Discover and share new automation best practices to maximize platform efficiency.
Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to drive portfolio wide automation strategy, with the goal to increase email engagement and drive business value.
Design and implement high potential email tests that will feed into portfolio-wide automation strategy
Quality Control/Quality Assurance of automated emails and configuration. Monitor automations, quickly identify mechanical issues and drive a successful resolution.
Assist with new product launches including creating new MC BUs, submitting new subdomain requests, SAP tickets, DevOps requests for domain delegation, and initial automation strategy.
Manage automation documentation and all training materials for the email team related to SFMC, keeping them organized and up to date

Requirements

3+ years experience developing and optimizing marketing automation strategies with a demonstrated focus on measurement, optimization, and analysis
1+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SFMC Certification
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience managing and/or mentoring team members or external vendor relationships
Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and other programming languages / analytical tools is a plus
Strong knowledge of Ampscript, HTML / CSS fundamentals
Must be a team-player, able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and “get-it-done’ attitude
Highly proactive, self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Display incredible attention to details
Demonstrate conceptual thinking and foundational marketing skills
Willingness to explore creative and innovative solutions
