Responsibilities

• Campaign Engineering: Build targeted, high‑performing cold email campaigns that generate qualified meetings
• Campaign Engineering: Write cold email sequences using frameworks, signals, and creative angles
• Campaign Engineering: Test, optimize, and iterate to maintain strong reply and meeting rates
• Campaign Engineering: Ensure consistent delivery of qualified meetings across all clients
• List & Data Engineering: Source, enrich, and validate ICP‑aligned prospect lists (Clay, Apify, Apollo, scrapers)
• List & Data Engineering: Build highly targeted ICP‑aligned lists with segmentation and prioritization
• List & Data Engineering: Ensure data accuracy, structure, deduping, and validation
• AI‑Driven GTM Innovation: Use AI prompting for research, angles, personalization, and testing
• AI‑Driven GTM Innovation: Build new outbound workflows and GTM systems that improve performance
• AI‑Driven GTM Innovation: Innovate across data, messaging, and workflow design
• Clay Workflow Development: Build advanced Clay workflows using signals (hiring, funding, tech stack, job changes, content)
• Clay Workflow Development: Create multi‑step automations, conditional logic, and enrichment pipelines
• Clay Workflow Development: Implement lead scoring, prioritization, and TAM segmentation
• Clay Workflow Development: Automate repetitive tasks to save hours and improve operational efficiency
• Operational Ownership: Maintain deliverability, domain health, and sending infrastructure? (if applicable)

Requirements

• 4+ years writing cold B2B email campaigns
• 4+ years in cold email lead generation
• 2+ years building workflows, tables, and signals in Clay
• Strong AI prompting and AI‑assisted marketing skills
• Experience with list‑building tools (Apify, Apollo.io, scrapers, etc.)
• Deep understanding of outbound signals and relevance frameworks
• Knowledge of deliverability and sending best practices
• Creative, strategic thinker with strong outbound instincts
• Ability to diagnose, optimize, and scale outbound performance
