Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute email marketing eblasts in HubSpot, focusing on property listings, closed deals, and other commercial real estate marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all emails are formatted correctly, proofread thoroughly, and meet brand standards before deployment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve formatting or technical issues within HubSpot to ensure seamless email delivery
  • Ensure deadlines are met for all eblasts, according to the email marketing calendar
  • Organize and manage email marketing requests, ensuring all assets and approvals are gathered, and campaigns are delivered on time
  • Maintain and update the email marketing calendar daily to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives
  • Draft email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action, under the guidance of the Content Writer
  • Work closely with the Content Writer to execute campaigns and support broader email marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including the Transaction Management Team, to ensure accurate and up-to-date email distribution lists
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance for email campaigns to ensure accuracy and functionality

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of professional experience in marketing
  • Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in marketing or a related discipline preferred
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to produce both transactional, deal-focused copy and narrative thought leadership content
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate or closely related professional services
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with advisors, executives, legal, and marketing teams
  • Experience writing for investment sales, capital markets, or debt placement teams
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology (cap rates, IRR, DSCR, NOI, underwriting)

Preferred
