Responsibilities

• Lead digital storytelling across email and web, developing consumer-facing and retailer-facing communications that are on-brand, timely, and aligned to key brand moments and company objectives
• Align B2B email and communications execution with the broader B2B comms strategy set by the Strategy Lead
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to craft and share relevant updates in a timely manner
• Partner with Global leads (EU and UK), to align on programming, ensuring a cohesive global output with regional nuances
• Create and own email channel strategy for B2B and D2C audiences in partnership with the Director, executing against business and brand goals across retailer announcements, launches, incentives, campaign activations, and seasonal initiatives
• Own the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, from concept through send, including asset coordination, QA, and scheduling
• Develop messaging and evolve formats for email that optimize engagement and drive incremental activity
• Own market and launch communications timelines, ensuring retailers receive timely updates on collections, order deadlines, styles at risk, discontinuations, and ship windows with enough lead time to act
• Collaborate with graphic design to optimize the look and feel of emails, elevating visual quality and evolving layouts into more effective designs
• Partner with Digital Product & Engineering and Sales to align the email calendar with business needs, launches, and key promotional moments

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing, with hands-on ownership of both writing and execution
• Background in the bridal industry a plus. You understand the retail landscape, the wholesale audience, and the seasonal rhythms of the business
• Proficiency in HubSpot, including campaign management, workflows, and reporting
• Experience building and optimizing automated email journeys, from simple triggers to multi-step behavioral flows
• Experience working within Salesforce
• Comfortable analyzing email performance data and using it to shape content and segmentation decisions, with familiarity in basic testing frameworks
• Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You manage multiple sends without things falling through the cracks
• Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and translate strategy into execution
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and timelines are tight
