Responsibilities

• Own the email calendar — strategy, planning and execution across campaigns, product launches and the trading calendar.
• Build, deploy and optimise campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, including segmentation and list health.
• Drive continuous improvement across open rates, click-through, conversion and revenue attribution.
• Own the monthly B2B retailer newsletter (Trail Tales).
• Manage the product seeding program — coordinating requests, fulfillment and follow-through with creators and brand advocates.
• Oversee day-to-day influencer partnerships, tracking deliverables and maintaining relationships.
• Monitor consumer sentiment across key channels and surface insights to inform content and marketing decisions.
• Bring a point of view on building a more structured community program — advocacy, UGC and consumer engagement.
