Responsibilities

• Must be able to work all shifts, all days, 365 days a year according to business needs
• Determine Guest worthiness when awarding Guest comps
• Occasionally dine with Guest
• Host off property events
• Represent the Casino at company sponsored and non-company sponsored events
• Be available to Guests needs at all times, including carrying a cell phone to receive calls from Guests
• Be available for offsite events
• Know and be able to convey all ongoing promotions and events
• Access Guest personal and play information
• Create monthly reports on Guests visits and play

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 21 years of age
• Knowledge and Certification
• Required: Excellent verbal communications skills
• Required: Excellent phone skills
• Required: Excellent organizational skills
• Required: Strong problem solving skills
• Required: Guest service orientation
• Required: Good computer knowledge and skills
• Required: Basic math skills
