Job Summary
Own on-site brand presence in a major region by turning sampling events into authentic experiences, educating shoppers on El Nacho’s values, and cultivating retailer partnerships to lift awareness and loyalty.
- Hosting events and educating customers to translate brand values into memorable experiences.
- Engaging retailers to maximize product visibility and local recall.
- Gathering feedback to steer brand strategy and messaging.

Responsibilities
- Hosting sampling events and educating customers on the brand’s values and products; engaging with retailers to ensure product visibility; building strong relationships to increase brand recognition and loyalty.
- Contributing to marketing campaigns and gathering customer feedback to inform brand strategies.
Requirements
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- Experience in Brand Ambassadorship and fostering Brand Awareness
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to create engaging and memorable brand experiences
- A passion for food, sustainable practices, and El Nacho’s mission
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in an on-site setting
- Reliable transportation to attend events and connect with business partners
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in event marketing or customer-facing roles is a plus
