Job Description

Responsibilities

  • A high-end residential renovation advisory practice is seeking a NYC-based partner — or a tightly coordinated team — to structure and execute a content platform designed to attract and qualify high-net-worth homeowners.
  • This is not a social media role. The objective is to build a disciplined, editorially rigorous platform that communicates authority through clarity, precision, and expertise.
  • The practice is grounded in removing ambiguity from renovation decisions. Content should reflect structured thinking, decision frameworks, and practical methodology — not aesthetics or trends.
  • Content Platform Scope: The platform consists of three interconnected streams derived from a unified production process: 1. YouTube Knowledge Library: Long-form, structured video content addressing real renovation decisions.
  • - Editorial pacing
  • - Framework-driven
  • - Filmed on-site in NYC where appropriate
  • - Designed as standalone advisory resources
  • 2. Wall Talk (Short-Form Series): 60–90 second decision breakdowns filmed at the point of execution
  • - Focus on real decisions (materials, thresholds, transitions)
  • - No tours or reveal-style content
  • - Analytical, not performative
  • 3. Supporting Short-Form Content
  • - Extracted from long-form production
  • - Platform distribution defined during pilot phase
  • Pilot Phase (Paid)
  • All engagements begin with a structured pilot. No ongoing work proceeds without explicit written approval.
  • Pilot Objectives:
  • - Define filming cadence, locations, and production workflow
  • - Map first 30 days of content (topics, formats, sequencing) vs. Align on tone, pacing, and visual approach, - Establish approval and revision process

Requirements

  • Strong editorial judgment aligned with a defined voice
  • On-site filming capability in NYC (residential + studio environments)
  • Experience working with luxury, architecture, or high-net-worth audiences
  • Proven long-form to short-form production workflows
  • Ability to design and manage a repeatable, scalable production system
